In order to encourage units and individuals that have made outstanding contributions in the scientific and technological activities of China's housing industry, to enhance the capability of technological innovation in housing industry, accelerate the modernization of housing industry and promote the development of science and technology in China, the Real Estate Chamber of Commerce of China opened the selection and medal presentation work of "Jing Rui Residential Science and Technology Award” from 2004.
On October 12, 2007, the review for the fourth (2007) Jingrui Residence Science and Technology Award has been successfully completed. The current Jing Rui Award received a total of 292 declared projects. By the two-stage review of Jingrui residential science and Technology Award Review Committee experts at, the company’s "enhanced six cabling system" won the "Intelligent Technology and Product Award."
